Early finish at 3.30pm on a Friday (providing standard 40 hour week is covered) The SharePoint Developer/Administrator is responsible for the design, development, and administration of SharePoint solutions. This includes the design, configuration, and maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:
Own all aspects o SharePoint environment and Teams sites with support from the various ITfunctions (Applications, Ops & Infrastructure and Service Delivery).
Rationalise existing SharePoint sites and remove any unwanted legacy sites/teams.
Develop a new set of SharePoint intranet sites to house BAU departmental & Project file stores, corporateinformation sites/directories.
Working in conjunction with other team members, migrate department and project file stores to the relevantSharePoint sites to enable better document collaboration/control and reduce use of legacy Windows file
servers where possible.
Provide day-to-day SharePoint support and ad-hoc training for business users.
Work with the Service Delivery team to develop their support capabilities within SharePoint.
Write clear and concise communications and documentation for SharePoint services for business users.
Develop SharePoint applications, MS Forms and other 365 products for internal use by the business.
Document all custom developed solutions.
Support the implementation of Microsoft Sentinel Data Loss Prevention (DLP) capabilities withinSharePoint and Teams sites.
Support wider M365 services as required.
Identify and realise savings technologies by introducing new IT innovations and removingduplication where possible.
Translate complex business requirements into SharePoint solutions with the support of technicalcolleagues, external providers and business stakeholders.
Contribute to the IT Service Catalogue
Work within the ITIL aligned IT management framework as lead by Head of IT
Own additional IT Processes as identified/required.
Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar/IT related role - Essential
Excellent knowledge of SharePoint permissions & security structures - essential
Experience working within a Microsoft enterprise environment - Essential
Experience of MS 365 technologies such as PowerApps, PowerBI and PowerShell - Desireable
Experience working within the engineering, automotive or motorsport industries - Desirable
A degree level education in an IT or related technical discipline (e.g. Engineering) - Desirable
A team player used to learning new skills & taking on new challenges - Essential
ITIL Foundation Qualified - Desirable
