Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Finance Manager.

The Role: will be focused on the ongoing need to streamline processes and controls and fully exploit the benefits of the new SAP finance system. This is a hands-on role and the successful candidate will manage, mentor and lead the local finance team for month end close for HQ and branch accounts.(including variance analysis with commentary for Group Finance) Managing the outsourced partners to ensure quality of all record-to-report (R2R)functions including fixed assets, balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, shared services accounting processes. Perform reviews of financial processes and report under IFRS16 standards, recommending improvements to controls and systems and implement best practices. Ensure the accuracy of the accounting and control information held in and reported from the organisation's accounting systems

The person: Graduate, qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA with at least 3/5 years post qualified experience. Confident presentation skills, comfortable working in a small h/o corporate team, reporting to the CFO. SAP experience useful and IFRS16 reporting experience equally important. This role is for a strong finance manager with an eye for detail, good analysis skills, with a hands on approach, who can use their initiative and prioritises their workload to maximise results.
