Who are you?

Firstly - you are a self-starter. You have the ability to work autonomously and this is where you absolutely thrive. You have that meticulous ability to get under the skin of a requirement and convince stakeholders what the best courses of action without the need for management or more senior approval.

You are an established Artworker and you have the ability to provide Hi-Res artwork ready content for consumer orientated brands. You're also digitally savvy - Your ability to provide content spans web, social media, apps, media screens etc.Ideally, you are going to be from an Agency background- You'll just understand the pace and complexity that comes with working across multiple brands. I'll consider you also if you're an Artwoker from In-House roles as Mid-Weight Artworker.

You will love working in a fast-paced environment where requirements can often change at a moments notice. You will have efficiency of roll-out of content creation… Advise, guide and recommend effective methods of content creation.

Technical ability?

You're going to naturally.. be an Adobe expert. You will have daily & thorough use of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop aswell as solid Mac OS capability. You will have exposure to MIS and workflow platformsIn return, you will benefit from a collaborative, supportive environment where everyone is at the top of their game and loves wha they do! Ideally you will be flexible to work from their Northants HQ twice a week, but we are flexibly on this for the right person.
