Job Title: Data Analyst (Data Insights team)

Location: Lisbon

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Take ownership for existing business & operational reports provided by Data Insights team

Take ownership of problems, issues and enhancements for existing Data Insight solutions

Be a key contributor and collaborator to data team activities on all channels, providing support as needed

Support the data team in growing increased business value from technical solutions

Support the creation of a consolidated modern data reporting solution with visual and metric capabilities

Collaborate with wider Engineering and business teams to stabilise and scale the data solutions efficiently

Support definition of requirements and specifications for Data Insights team initiatives

Work experience & skills

5 years experience as a data analyst or senior data analyst providing value add business insights Excellent analytical skills and mathematical approach

Can propose and own solutions that provide business insights driven by data Confident in solving problems in a complex data landscape.

Proactive collaborator keen to work with other teams to achieve goals

Experienced in working with defined and less defined tasks requiring regular initiative

Excellent communicator comfortable with technical and non technical stakeholders or customers

Confident working with Cloud platforms, SaaS products & data lake approach

Experience of data pipelines and Enterprise data solutions such as DataBricks Excellent SQL & Python skills

Understanding of modern databases and data services - Oracle, Dynamo, Aurora, Influx, ElasticSearch, Postgres

Experience with analytics, modelling and segmentation approaches for diverse data sets

Experience with visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker, Qlik

Academic qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Mathematics or equivalent
