£70,000-£80,000 + Progression into CTO + 8% Pension + Healthcare + Hybrid Working + 35-Hour Week + Additional Benefits

This company are an industry leading B2B Technology firm creating bespoke software solutions designed to reduce carbon emissions. They have an employee-centric culture and have built this culture in order to help the business thrive!

In this role you take control of a team of 9, and leading recruitment to get that to between 25-30 over the next 24 months. You'll be taking responsibility of several consecutive projects including a Database upgrade, Data Centre Relocation and backup build, Virtual Machine overhaul, and Cloud Implementation. You'll have to go to site twice a week.

The ideal candidate will be an Infrastructure Manager or Head of Infrastructure with good people management skills, project management experience, comfortable with spend management and reporting, and some cloud experience. Candidates must have a full drivers license and their own vehicle.

The Person:

*Infrastructure Manager or Head of Infrastructure experience

*People Management experience

*Comfortable with budget/spend management and reporting

*Some cloud experience

*Full Drivers License and own vehicle
