PMO Lead - Finance Transformation

SR2 are currently recruiting for a leading Financial Services business undergoing a key period of transformation and need a PMO Lead to help mature delivery operations across the business.

As PMO Lead, you will take charge of their greenfield PMO function and oversee the delivery of a finance consolidation and system migration (ERP) project.

Core focus will be to establish PMO processes from the ground up (reporting, governance, planning & dashboarding).

Responsibilities:

Lead PMO efforts for finance transformation projects.

Create and implement PMO functions (reporting, governance, planning) from scratch.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.

Mitigate risks and maintain project timelines and budgets.

Develop and track project performance metrics.

Maintain accurate project documentation.Qualifications:

Strong expertise in establishing PMO functions.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools.

ERP Experience (Oracle preferred, but SAP, Dynamics, Sage, Xerox accepted).

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) preferred.We are looking for an urgent start so we will be speaking with candidates throughout this week.
