Data Analyst

Do you have a background in data manipulation and a broad appreciation of direct marketing? This role will support the technical needs of the business and work across the complete client portfolio to deliver value within data requirements.

We are currently representing a fully integrated award winning marketing agency based in Leeds in their search for a Data Analyst. The business are proud to offer their clients a sustainable and unique set of in-house marketing capabilities including strategy, design, artwork, experience, print production, digital design and build.

My client has built an unbelievable company culture which is born from a tight knit team of around 50 expert marketers.

The experience we need.

You will ideally be an experienced Data Analyst with some exposure to tools like SQL, Python or Quadient Inspire looking for a fresh challenge. You will have a strong understanding and interaction of the basic elements of data structures, manipulation and reporting.

A solid background in databases / tables, scripting

An inquisitive mind and a knack for problem solving

Ideally proven experience in a similar marketing setting

A background in Direct Mail / Direct Marketing would be advantageous

Use of Quadient Inspire Designer would be great, but experience of SQL or other data management tools would be considered

Team spirited with the ability to learn and teach others

Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and planning skills

Excellent communicator

Proactive, self-motivated attitude  The role.

Testing new workflows and fault-finding

The use of Bulk Mailer / Whistlsort to provide reports and sortation information for Royal Mail or other upstream mail providers.

Writing operational documentation as necessary for the technical elements of the projects

Working closely with other teams especially from a sales perspective in addressing client needs, projects and supporting new initiatives which the company want to take to market

Working in conjunction with other developers, system analysts and sales and marketing professionals  The company.
