My Government client is currently seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join their project on an initial 7-month contract.
This role will be mostly remote with some occasional meetings onsite in Devon.
Daily Rate is £700 per day (inside IR35, via an umbrella company)
The delivery manager role will break down into three main areas: Agile & lean practices; Team health & happiness, and delivery support.
Skills/experience Required:
* SC Cleared
* Strong SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) experience
* Extensive government project experience
* Extensive experience building and maintaining teams
* Acting as Scrum Master where required according to the Scrum Guide
* Identifying obstacles and helping the team to overcome them
* Focusing the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and services
* Coaching and mentoring both team members and others to apply the most appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniques
