Position: Internal IT Technician

We are currently assisting an organisation in their search for a proficient Internal IT Technician to join their dynamic team. As an Internal IT Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd line IT support within the organisation. This role offers a unique opportunity to actively contribute to their ongoing digital transformation and cloud migration endeavors, ensuring a good experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver effective 1st and 2nd line IT support via the helpdesk and direct interactions in a primarily Microsoft environment

Repairing and maintaining hardware (e.g. printers, laptops, PCs, etc.)

Collaborate closely with the IT Services Lead and Infrastructure Lead on various 3rd line tasks and projects.

Leverage your prior experience in 1st and 2nd line support.

Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, adeptly resolving diverse technical issues.

Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Maintain flexibility and a proactive attitude in tackling the range of IT challenges.

Display meticulous organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work autonomously or within a broader team.

Hold a valid driving license and possess a vehicle for fulfilling travel obligations linked to the role.What's Offered:
