The Role
• Maintain the runbook / DR recovery procedures
Maximize automation for Application workflow wherever feasible
• Co-ordination with Bank's application and infrastructure teams
• Working of detailed planning for mock drill and DR drill in co-ordination with Bank's teams
• Maintain runbooks and DR procedures for Bank's applications
• Participate in meetings, co-ordinate table-top exercise if any required
• Participate and conduct mock drills and DR drills
• Work on RCA if any and communicate updated documents with relevant stake holders for RCA for RO related incidents and SLA for DR incidents.
• Track DR drill success ratios and ensure reporting of DR drills

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 8-10 years of experience in IT Disaster Recovery services
• Experience with any Disaster Recovery Management tool
• Ability to work closely and collaboratively with different stakeholders
• Experience with scripting
