Job DescriptionDocumenting and implementation of business processes, workflows, policy and procedures based on discussions with process owners and identification / creation of process flows with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance with business needs • Liaisoning with stakeholders like Compliance / Risk / Product / Legal etc. to gather information. • Identification and Review of existing processes for revision / updation. • Providing tailor made solution to Branches for specific business requirements. • Interacting with customers for gathering feedback. • Provide assistance to product / operations /management. • The team member will be responsible for the documentation of business processes, workflows and training material. • Any process / policies impacting Retails Liabilities customers will have to be routed through this Team. • Handling query desk for quick resolution of queries / clarifications raised by channel

Job Requirements:• In depth knowledge about Asset Products esp cards and Operations and processes
• Discussion with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand work functions and processes and gather information
• Develop materials to document operational end-to-end process flows
• Summary recommendations from SMEs for process improvements and other findings
• Should be able to think proactively for process changes from Business Process Re-engineering perspective
• Should be aware of competitive practices.
