My client is a dynamic Oxfordshire based technology business who are currently looking to bring on-board a 1st Line Infrastructure Support Engineer due to their continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early on in their IT career who is looking to gain experience in a fast paced environment across a broad range of infrastructure, with a business who are making significant strides in the technology landscape and can offer high-levels of training.

Location - Witney (hybrid working, 3 days per week)

Salary - up to £25,000 per annum + package including private healthcare, flexible working, 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays)

The Role

Acting as the first point of contact for all IT related issues

Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day IT operations and networks

Providing support for remote based users

Support with the management of the internal IT hardware

Utilise the company's excellent training and development plans to upskill and certify in the latest technologies

The Ideal Candidate

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A self-starter, passionate about technology, motivated in developing their career in IT

Previous IT support experience

Experience with Windows 10/Windows 11 and Office 365

Knowledge of Group Policy and Microsoft Intune

Previous experience of basic hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
