Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Package: £30,000 basic +uncapped commission - OTE £60K-70K.
Location: Potters Bar
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days with flexible start times

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
·Generate new business and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
·Proactively follow up on both new business opportunities
·Ensure consistent & accurate use of the company's CRM system.
·Collaborate with internal teams, Business Development, Technical Support/Services, Operations and Marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
·Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, account performance, and customer feedback to your line manager.
·Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Requirements & Skills:
·3+ years' experience in account management
·Ability to build strong long-lasting relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and account retention.
·Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and effectively position and sell technical products and solutions.
·Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
·Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
·Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
·Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage accounts, track leads, and report sales activities.
·Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
