Job Description

An excellent opportunity with a global specialist has arisen who are building out their data team and are currently on the search for an experienced Head of Data to help lead the exciting projects this company are undergoing. This role is open to any potential candidates with strong knowledge across any type of cloud tech who have a background within Data Science and AI.

Role & Responsibilities

Work alongside senior stakeholders (reporting into the CIO) to help shape the business's data strategy.

Lead a team of engineers and analysts.

Conduct regular reviews for new and existing members of the team so members are engaged, up to date and rewarded for good performance.

Skills & Qualifications

Background in Data Science is preferred.

Experience in leading a data team within a commercial environment.

Very strong communication skills as well as technical capabilities within the data field.Benefits

Up to £100,000 base salary.

Performance related bonus up to 10%.
