An excellent opportunity has become available to join a leading company as a Technical Support Engineer. The Technical Support Engineer will be joining an existing team, providing support to a range of systems and products.
The Technical Support Engineer will be expected to be based in the office for the vast majority of the time.
The Role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll manage cutting-edge technology, including video conferencing, computer graphics, and networked visualization systems. Working directly with external customers, the Technical Support Engineer will support a range of systems and a wide variety of technology. The expectation will be that the majority of this support will be provided “face to face” so excellent customer service skills will be required.
The Ideal Candidate
The right Technical Support Engineer will have;
Proven background in supporting a range of technologies and products
Some exposure to supporting A/V related technology
Previous experience working directly to support external customers.
Versatile in tasks such as ticketing, issue tracking, software troubleshooting, and audio system work.
