Vivo Talent is working with a well-established organisation in the Birmingham area to recruit into their IT team.

They are looking to bring on board experienced and passionate Network Engineers to play a key role in the provision of effective and responsive technical support for the business. Working closely with the team, you will be focused on both BAU & project work to ensure a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

Design and implement network solutions as required

Remote and on-site troubleshooting, fault finding investigation and analysis

Provide technical assistance at second and third line support for users.

Responding to and resolving incidents according to agreed SLAs

Maintain ownership and provide detailed update of incident progress in Service Desk system

Experience & Skills

Proven experience in firewalls, security & applications

Experience with Cisco technologies

VoIP experience

Provide recommendations on implementation and support of network systems
