ERP Support Analyst - Barnsley - Predominantly Site Based - Dynamics GP
Elevation Recruitment Group are exclusively partnering with a leading South Yorkshire based Manufacturing business as they look to recruit an ERP Support Analyst.
Forming part of an existing site-based IT team the successful ERP Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the groups ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics GP including Manufacturing plus any subsequent subsidiary systems.
This is a customer focused role and delivering excellence service and support is at the heart of what the IT team do.
Key duties & Responsibilities:
Supporting the groups ERP system Microsoft Dynamics GP
Developing Microsoft Bi reports
Troubleshooting User issues reported via the helpdesk
Developing SQL queries
Maintaining users’ security/permissions
Developing the companies ERP knowledge
Developing the company’s Bi platform
Liaising with external support companies
We are keen to speak with ERP Support professionals with the following skills and experience:
Experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamic GP including manufacturing, or a similar ERP system
Microsoft SQL Server knowledge
Microsoft SQL programming
Microsoft Bi/ Power BI
