Position: IT Support Engineer

I have partnered with a managed service provider near Redhill who are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.

They are a small MSP which services UK customers, offering IT support and solutions. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add to their team.

You’d be joining a team of technical engineers and working to resolve 1st and 2nd line tickets as per their SLAs set. There may be some requirement to travel to customer sites, so a driver's license and own transport is necessary to be considered for this role.

Day to day you’ll be dealing with technical queries and working with customers to resolve their issues, escalating to other team members when necessary. You’ll have the opportunity to work on installations and migrations as well.

For this position, they are paying up to £35,000 and they are looking for someone who would be happy to work from their Redhill office full time.
