Pay: £19-£20ph (Flexible on rate)

Duration: 8 weeks temporary

Hours: 37 hours-Monday to Friday 9 am-5.30 pm (5pm finish on a Friday)

Location: Warwick/Hybrid (would consider fully remote)

What does the job entail?

On behalf of Warwickshire County Council, Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a HR Systems Analyst to join their Application Support team. This is a high-profile post and would be an ideal opportunity for someone who has worked as a HR Systems Analyst, that is looking to further develop their experience.

You will achieve this by:

Receiving and handling requests for support and providing information to enable problem resolution. Testing and making more effective use of systems, products and services, making initial diagnosis of problems and advising known solutions where applicable.

Playing an active role as part of our Application Support team working in partnership with their commissioning teams to design and deliver customer focussed services that meet their delivery capabilities.

Supporting the Service Manager and other Delivery Team Leaders in achieving their organisational vision and outcomes.

Working collaboratively with your team to meet the outcomes of the service delivery plan.

Developing and maintain good working relationships with their range of key stakeholders including statutory partners, service providers, voluntary section

What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?

Experience of using I-Trent is essential

The ability to independently interpret and analyse HR incidents/ requests logged or situations to produce resolutions in an agreed timely manner

Resolving unforeseen or exceptional events in addition to routine issues.

Maintaining procedures, receives and handles requests for information, and provides routine advice to users on systems, products and services
