Job Title: 1st Line Engineer
Location: Luton. Bedfordshire
Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We're seeking a skilled professional with on-site support experience to join our company based in Hertfordshire. It will be providing onsite technical support to their clients based in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st line technical support on-site and remotely.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems.
* Document support issues and resolutions.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in 1st Line Support.
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
* Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
* Must have a valid driving license and be willing to travel.
Salary and Benefits:£20,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus training and career development opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
