£23,000 Base + £3,000 Field Allowance
IT Support Technician wanted for a permanent position based in Derby. A chance to join an established and expanding IT solutions business.
This role involves travel to multiple UK customer sites therefore you must hold a full UK Driving License & access to your own vehicle (no more than 6 penalty points).
Key skills, experience + duties will include:
Your time will be split between visiting UK customer sites + in the Derby office providing telephone support.
Key Tasks: IT support, installation, deployment, desktop PCs, data cabling, wireless access points, broadband + IT hardware / software.
This is a field-based role involving travel to multiple UK customer sites including London + Nottingham.
Must have a willingness for regular travel across the UK -ie- 2-3 days/week on average.
Soft Skills: logical approach to problem-solving both by phone + face-to-face at client sites.
You will have access to a company vehicle from a pool of business use vans.
