CRM & Data - IT Support Specialist
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to €55k DOE
We are seeking to hire an experienced CRM & Data IT Support Specialist on behalf of our Dublin-based client, a non-profit organisation. They have a small internal IT team and are in the process of migrating their CRM applications and databases to the Cloud, they require a new professional to join their team and support their development efforts. This is a three-year fixed term contract.
Duties:
Creating and maintaining automation/workflows to improve proves efficiency
Supporting a range of CRM applications and databases such as Dynamics CRM, SQL and Power Apps
Supporting integrations with third-party applications
Administering and supporting Microsoft SQL server databasesRequirements:
A minimum of three years' experience in a similar position
Proficiency in most of the following areas - Microsoft 365, Dynamics CRM, Power BI and Power Apps
Experience in creating and maintaining workflows and automations
