Nutanix is looking for a top-notch Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. This position requires a highly dedicated individual who can deliver results in a high-growth, ever-evolving environment, with minimal supervision and working at the highest technical level of most business analysis phases. This position collaborates with Business, Account teams, Engineering, Operations and Business Analytics teams to define and deliver processes and business value.

Understanding the renewal quoting/billing process, identifying and filling product gaps and generating new ideas that improve renewal experience, enable subscription transformation and optimize operational processes.
Drive and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
Collect business requirements, write technical stories and work with the technology team and developers to test, validate and implement•
Drive and project manage initiatives End to End from inception to delivery.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for Renewal Engine/Frontline and other applications to provide scalable solutions to Nutanix.
Provide input and oversight of product definition and solution design for requested new features and operational enhancements for internal systems.
Deliver On Schedule, On Budget and On Scope Projects.
Prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
Maintain SLAs and KPIs.
Act as the liaison business partners to manage business priorities, communicate changes in scope or schedule, and identify risks.
Prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work independently as well as collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
What You Will Bring
Exhibits keen interest and experience working with evolving business models in large-scale, complex, transformational cloud-based SaaS solutions.
Proven work experience (5-8 years) in product management with good exposure to consumption & billing/renewals business and subscription transformation.
Understanding of licensing expiry/ churn and renewal optimization.
Prior experience using PM tools like the Atlassian Suite of products (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) working in Agile software development life cycle.
Proven ability to develop products and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment that requires flexibility and the capacity to learn and assimilate information/new skills quickly is essential.
Nice to Have:
Experience on Zuora subscription/billing platform (or equivalent)
Exposure to AWS marketplace (or equivalent)
Ability to build relationships, influence key decision-makers, and collaborate on a cross-functional team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experience.
