The Software Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize and enhance IT service delivery processes. You will also improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement using ServiceNow capabilities. This role involves staying current with ServiceNow trends, best practices and new features. That will in turn translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.

You will also improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement using ServiceNow capabilities. This role involves staying current with ServiceNow trends, best practices and new features. That will in turn translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing and enhancing ITSM processes including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management based on business requirement
- Creating and maintaining workflows, business rules, UI policies, and other platform elements
- Developing and maintaining scripts, integrations, and APIs to extend ServiceNow's functionality and integrate with other systems
- Collaborating with process owners and stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and automation using ServiceNow capabilities
- Working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Creating detailed technical documentation and specifications for proposed solutions
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Possess Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Have ServiceNow certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator (CSA) or CIS
- Possess proven experience (2+ years) as a ServiceNow administrator, developer, or consultant
- Possess good understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management concepts
- Have proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.)
- Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
