Develop and oversee on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, including content optimization and link-building strategies. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website projects. Conduct regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues and implement solutions for improved site performance. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and SEM, preferably within a digital agency environment. Proficiency in using SEO and SEM tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc. Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including content optimization and link-building. Knowledge of technical SEO aspects such as website structure, site speed, and mobile optimization. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategy. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and client relationships. Certifications in Google Ads and SEO-related disciplines are a plus.
