- Develop and implement AI solutions: Design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms, models, and systems to solve complex problems and optimize processes within the pharmaceutical industry. This may involve utilizing machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and other AI techniques.
- Data analysis and modeling: Analyze large datasets, including development and clinical data, to extract meaningful insights and patterns. Develop predictive models and algorithms to assist in drug discovery, clinical trials, patient stratification, and other pharmaceutical research and development activities.
- Algorithm optimization: Optimize AI algorithms and models for improved performance, efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Apply techniques such as hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and model selection to enhance the quality and reliability of AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with scientists, researchers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and develop AI-driven solutions. Collaborate with domain experts to ensure that AI models and systems align with regulatory and industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and pharmaceutical industry trends. Stay informed about regulatory guidelines, data privacy, and ethical considerations related to AI applications in the pharmaceutical domain.
- Documentation and reporting: Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate AI methodologies, results, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Maintain clear and concise documentation of AI models, code, and processes.
Key Technical skills and Experience required. - Total experience required is 5-10 years.
- Understanding and experience on Generative AI and delivering solution
- Hands on experience on Prompt design and prompt engineer.
- Prompt engineer the right prompts to optimize LLMs functioning.
- Specializes in developing, refining and optimizing AI-generated text prompts to ensure they are accurate, engaging and relevant for various applications
- Co-create with the business appropriate use-cases that will benefit from Generative AI
- Identify opportunities to apply the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Prompt engineer the right prompts to optimize LLMs functioning.
- Quickly prototype scenarios from LLMs till UX for user testing purposes
- Influence the AI/ML stack like Feature Stores, Model Stores, and automated MLops to create most value out of LLMs.
- Training mindset to train Enterprise Data Team on Generative AI
