We are hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to help build the JSM Team in India. You will build a team of managers, and backend and frontend engineers. Your team will provide an incredible experience for users of JSM by building features they love. Your greatest responsibility will be looking after the individuals reporting to you. Mentoring and supporting their professional development, unlocking their potential and challenging them to step outside of their comfort zones to grow and excel. All while delivering on the needs and expectations of our enterprise customers. You will do this while working closely with the product leadership team.

What you'll do ?- Lead, inspire and grow a team of engineers
- Partner with engineers, designers and product managers to deliver quality features for JSM DC
- Contribute to the definition of goals and strategy for your team
- Provide engineering leadership direction and guidance
- Drive quality standards in the team and improve them
Your Background- 5+ years of experience leading and developing a team of software engineers
- 3+ years of experience managing managers
- Experience building large-scale, web-based enterprise software
- Experience working with Product Management and influencing the roadmap
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
- A track record of execution, risk management, and delivering outcomes
- Passion for product, and delivering value to customers
