In this role, you will:
Evaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
Review and evaluate moderately complex technical business problems that can be resolved through internet or intranet based solutions
Present recommendations for resolving business problems
Exercise some independent judgment when developing project budgets, project plans, and schedules
Provide information about communication between business and technology teams
Work with business user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs, and document results

Should work in AEM forms creation
Forms Management is seeking experienced Adobe Experience Management (AEM) form designers to support business groups throughout Wells Fargo. Designers must be knowledgeable and experienced in Adobe Experience Management and accessible design. Knowledge of form design elements and ability to translate design guidelines and client needs to accessible design. Work as part of a team to transform forms in support of major initiatives, including electronic signature, fragments and dynamic forms.
Demonstrated forms design expertise
Adobe Experience Management (AEM) expertise
Experience with Java Script, Jquery, HTML, CSS
Demonstrated expertise in ADA accessibility
Knowledge of Jaws, CommonLook, Crawford Tech, OpenAccess, NVDA vendor products and testing.
Understanding of readability and usability standards in relation to forms design.
Ability to manage multiple projects with challenging deadlines
Research skills and ability to present data and solutions.
Training skills - ability to create training materials and present to others
Ability to take documentation and apply to forms
Proofreading, design and documentation
Reader Extensions, Database concepts, SQL
