The role:

We require a highly skilled, motivated and driven individual for IT Support. This represents an excellent opportunity to enhance your knowledge on software, hardware, network infrastructure and telecommunications.

Your duties will include:

• Supporting the factory systems
• Be first line support to internal users
• Dealing with day-to-day IT problems
• IT infrastructure maintenance within the factory and offices
• Maintain and promote high standards and quality of work
• Ensure that company policies and procedures and health and safety practices are followed. Ad hoc projects and duties as appropriate.
• To always act in the best interest of Cranswick Country Foods.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills / qualifications / attributes:

Essential Criteria:

• Good level of IT Literacy
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems & Office
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Basic network knowledge
• Highly motivated and have the ability to perform in a highly challenging, expanding and pressurised environment
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Good time keeping

Desirable Criteria:

• Knowledge/experience of Microsoft NAV
• Working knowledge of Power BI
• Knowledge/experience of Emydex
• Experience working within the food industry

Hours of work:

40hrs per week, Monday to Friday. However start and finish times require flexibility to suit operational needs as the site operates from 6am to 5pm.
