The role:We require a highly skilled, motivated and driven individual for IT Support. This represents an excellent opportunity to enhance your knowledge on software, hardware, network infrastructure and telecommunications.
Your duties will include: - Supporting the factory systems
- Be first line support to internal users
- Dealing with day-to-day IT problems
- IT infrastructure maintenance within the factory and offices
- Maintain and promote high standards and quality of work
- Ensure that company policies and procedures and health and safety practices are followed. Ad hoc projects and duties as appropriate.
- To always act in the best interest of Cranswick Country Foods.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills / qualifications / attributes: Essential Criteria: - Good level of IT Literacy
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems & Office
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Basic network knowledge
- Highly motivated and have the ability to perform in a highly challenging, expanding and pressurised environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Good time keeping
Desirable Criteria: - Knowledge/experience of Microsoft NAV
- Working knowledge of Power BI
- Knowledge/experience of Emydex
- Experience working within the food industry
Hours of work:40hrs per week, Monday to Friday. However start and finish times require flexibility to suit operational needs as the site operates from 6am to 5pm.
