We are looking for an experienced Analyst to join the Service Management Office (SMO) team for a period of 12 months to cover maternity leave. The National ITSM Analyst will directly report into the National IT Manager for the SMO team and be responsible for all elements of deployment of IT service orientation, IT process, governance, and tools, in collaboration with the central team.

Your New Role
- Active involvement in changing and driving service orientation into National IT and the business
- Liaising will all stakeholders (business and IT) to understand how continual service improvement can be implemented
- Implementation and management of key ITIL / Service Improvement initiatives (e.g., change management, CMDB, etc.)
- Drives and takes responsibility for a key program of works (e.g., IOPS project) ensuring all implemented international changes deliver significant business benefit
- Ensuring all relevant services and associated governance are implemented to ensure ITIL best practices are being adhered to
- Leads on all major initiatives regarding SMO and process matters both to National IT and to the central SMO team
- Assisting in the definition and maintenance of service level management for respective local services
- Train senior stakeholders on SMO-related concepts (e.g., IT processes, roles)
- Gathering and refining requirements from the country regarding IT processes and tool support
- Support SMO Manager in defining yearly strategic goals
- Create and maintain yearly project plan detailing key milestones
- Allocate SMO projects / service onboarding amongst the team to ensure deadlines are met
About You
- ITIL foundation qualification
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Led the delivery of a significant service-oriented approach in modern organisations (IT service delivery in an ITIL environment)
- Has experience in requirements gathering, tool support and training
- Is able to work independently, upon their own initiative and at a fast pace
- Is open minded, highly self-motivated and is extremely passionate about service-orientation
- Is flexible and adaptable and who possesses strong change management skills
- Possesses a positive attitude at all times and who has a strong mental resilience whilst under pressure
- Has the ability to build collaborative relationships and influence all around them and at all levels
- Is able to take significant responsibility with a pragmatic, goal-oriented approach
- Is technically minded yet business driven approach
- Has first rate organisational skills and attention to detail
- Has excellent presentation, listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
