Santander One Transformation is based on having a single and open Platform for the entire Santander group that allows to have:
- A common technological Base Platform for all Grupo Santander entities with common standard connectors that will easily allow the addition of business components aligned with the evolution requirements of the different business domains (Retail, Companies, Private Banking, Global Units, ...)
- A set of common Products for the different Units of the Group's (Retail, CIB,...) that can be easily integrated into the common platform, shared (reusable) between entities, allow to standardize our service models between geographies, and can be easily evolved to meet future requirements both at the group level and local particularities.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As IT Infrastructure and Platform Analyst in Products Implementation, you will report to the CIO HQ and your responsibilities will be:
- Oversight all specific IT assets (Infrastructure-Asset Management) for the group entities in Private cloud(OHE) and Public Cloud(Azure).
- Manage and execute the ITIL disciplines within the CIO scope for infrastructures. Plan: Asset Management, Capacity and Performance, Business Continuity and Availability, Incident and Problem Management, Resilience
- Within the Agile Tribe you will be a direct contributor to meetings, committees and governance model proposing and ensuring that the technical vision of the infrastructure is integrated and compliant with group IT policies within the CIO scope.
- As OneTeam with T&O: you will review, oversight the implementation strategy aligned with the Plan.
- As OneTeam with CTO: you will review, oversight and validate Architecture designs and their alignment with the implementation strategy.
- As OneTeam with CISO: you will review, oversight and validate infrastructure security and their alignment with the implementation strategy.
We need someone like you to:
- Coordination the relationship management with different areas as: T&O, CTO, CISO, CDO, local Units for your perimeter IT Assets and infrastructure focused on Products.
- Technical IT Delivery teams management
- Manage IT Policies for your perimeter of Assets.
- Implementation support and management: Change & Run.
- Oversight: System Plan, Observability,KPIs, Backups, BCP,..
- Throubleshooting end user problems for standard Platforms.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years in similar responsibilities.
EDUCATION
- Degree such in computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering or similar.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Technical Team management.
- General Technical cloud Platform know-how: Linux, DB( Oracle,,..), control-M
- Specific Technical experience: Weblogic, WebSphere, ..
- IT Services Management: Incidences, Change, Problems.
- As a Plus will be evaluable experience in Python, Java, Shell Unix, SQL,.. at medium level.
OTHER INFORMATION
- Availability to travel in a monthly basis.
