Responsibilities:
Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to Service Cloud and Service Contract functionality.
Conduct thorough analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Salesforce Configuration:
Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business needs, ensuring optimal utilization of Service Contract functionalities.
Implement and maintain workflows, process builder, validation rules, and other Salesforce automation features.
Integration:
Work closely with development teams to design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system compatibility.
Documentation:
Prepare detailed documentation of system configuration, customizations, and any changes made to the Salesforce environment.
Create user guides and provide training to end-users on new functionalities.
Data Management:
