Our client is seeking a Production Manager to join their management team in a role responsible for the day to day running of the company’s manufacturing operations.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Production Manager or someone looking to take their next step in their career.

Production Manager – Essential Skills:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Production Manager, Production Lead, Operations Manager or similar

Experience of working in the manufacturing industry

Experience within an environment managing multiple product manufacturing

Experience of process improvement and ISO:9001

An ability to understand business and commercial issues

Proven team management and leadership skills

A relevant qualification in management would be an advantage but not essential

Able to understand and adhere to manufacturing industry regularity requirements

Proven track record of meeting relevant targets

Excellent organisational and efficient administrative skills with ability to prioritise

The Role:

As Production Manager you will be responsible for:

Leadership and inspiration of the production team

Resource planning

Ensuring in-full, on-time delivery

Being an expert user of IT systems

Raising, controlling and clearing works orders

Striving towards the continuous improvement of the company

Ensuring Health & Safety standards are met by your team

Handling data responsibly
