This role involves everything from customer service, troubleshooting and support of the IT operations. Strong customer focus and excellent communications skills are essential. This is a very exciting role to jump straight in with all the necessary skills.
1+ years' IT Support Experience.
Service Desk experience.
Excellent communication skills.
