DWP are using Microsoft Office 365 Apps for Enterprise.
Our Infrastructure Engineer community are responsible for the build, configuration, and update of DWPs Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products, including create cloud apps.
You'll work with engineers across DWP's Digital Workplace team to ensure product updates and change implementations are successful.
Day to day you will help us design and support some of the other Microsoft client tools, such as Project and Visio as well as some of the Microsoft 365 online services such as Planner, Project, Forms etc.
Over 100,000 colleagues and agents use the tools, apps and updates we roll out. Your work makes it easier for them to do their job and enables them to better support people into work and access the payments they need. What you'll do in this role is key to modernising the way DWP and government works.
What skills, knowledge and experience are essential for this role? We'll assess these when we look at your application
Experience of Microsoft 365 configuration and administration.
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune.
Experience with Windows 10 and Group Policy.
Knowledge of Application Packaging, Software Testing and Assistive Technologies.
Knowledge of ITIL service Management, specifically Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management.
