Technical Business Analyst

Up to £60,000 + Remote working (occasional office visits)

Must be UK based & able to work without visa sponsorship Spectrum IT has partnered with an established logistics organisation that is a major player in Ecommerce and International logistics. They are about to embark on an expansive roadmap of greenfield tech projects that will streamline processes, create new opportunities for growth & be transformational for the business. As such, the board is now making a significant investment in their technology team & capability, tripling its size in the coming months.

The exciting tech platforms you will help shape & deliver will be varied, interesting & ones you will be proud of, involving delivery of everything from important financial documents to the latest ecommerce products to medical items that could save hundreds of thousands of lives.

As Technical business analyst you'll be a vital part in the development & engineering function. Your main responsibilities will be to scope requirements, talk to stakeholders & help shape the future of the platform(s). There will be multiple software projects/platforms at any 1 time & you'll have to manage time effectively across various projects.

Key Skills:

Prior experience working as a BA or Tech BA within a software team

Experience in delivering software applications/projects

An ability to accurately scope & solicit key requirements from technical & non-technical users

Strong written & verbal communication skills & presentation skills

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

Strong stakeholder management skills

Experience of working in development sprints with a scrum/agile mindset/approachBeneficial skills:

Any experience in logistics, parcel/mail delivery or shipping software

Experience with projects using Web Technologies

Experience documenting user policies & guidelines

Strong stakeholder management skills

Experience delivering multiple project/software apps concurrently
