NOC Engineer (Network Operation Centre)

We are looking for a NOC Engineer to join the Network Services NOC team in Camberley due to growth. Our Network Services division is rapidly growing and are able to take on another NOC Engineer in a shift-based role, which will be a 4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern. This NOC Engineer opportunity is based out of our Camberley office, so you must be able to drive / travel to this office location.
The role will support a 24/7 Network Operations Centre - a work pattern based on a 4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern (11 hour rotating shift, 7am-7pm, and, 7pm-7am).

NOC Engineer - What you'll do:
Provide remote technical support for the Network Services customer base
Provide clear, concise, and accurate verbal and written communication, with the ability to provide technical updates to those who may not be of the same technical level
Understand and support Telent's change management process
Provide timely responses to the incident management process which includes investigation, troubleshooting, diagnosis and data analysis
Recognise, identify, and prioritise incidents in accordance with customer business requirements, organisational policies, and operational impact
Take technical ownership of all Telent incidents to maintain customer satisfaction
Case management and the collection of data
Notify the customer(s) and third parties of any technical issues, outages, and remediation statuses
Develop trend analysis and root cause analysis to support the Incident and Problem Management processes
Collect and review performance reports for various systems, and report trends in systems and performance to assist the Problem Management Process to improve on future issues
Work alongside the Telent Service Desk team to ensure accurate and timely updates of each case against agreed customer Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and KPI's NOC Engineer - Key requirements:
Possess a minimum of 1 year1 of NOC Engineering experience, supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks within a NOC environment
We are also open to applications from a Service Desk Analyst / Service Desk Engineer / a troubleshoot and fix IT background
CCT / CCST Cisco (desirable)
CCNA or JNCIA-JUNOA (desirable)
CompTIA A+ (preferred)
CompTIA Network+ (desirable)
CompTIA ITF+ (desirable)
