In this position, you will be responsible for managing the service levels of internal and external teams by coordinating the support being demanded by the company.
This role enables you to further develop your existing skills, leveraging your career-acquired knowledge. As a Business Coordinator your responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for users, team members and 3rd parties regarding IT Support. Taking owners for the start, mover, and leaver process for the business applications, creating, editing, disabling account names, permissions and managing license requirements

They have developed an unrivalled reputation within their market and are the global leader within it. With recent investments and big plans, they are now going through a period of rapid expansion. Due to this they are now looking for a Business Coordinator to join their expert team.
This opportunity allows you to expand your experience within the IT sector and work with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies. The role involves five days onsite, but there could be possibility to work hybrid in the future as this is being reviewed.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in a similar role, have experience supporting a team, have 2 + years of experience working in an IT support environment and knowledge of different Microsoft applications such as AD.

2+ years of experience in an IT Support Environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Applications like Office 365 and Active Directory
Able to commute to Dartford and work 5 days onsite.
Able to work in a team and independently.
Conduct daily routine checks on business applications, promptly reporting any issues to internal support.
Perform IT administration tasks such as monthly KPI tracking, access reviews, and license management.
Oversee hardware management for new hires, departures, and the replacement/upgrading of faulty equipment, including mobile phones.
Oversee the triage of internal support tickets for the applications team, determining SLA priority and assigning them to the appropriate internal or external resources.
