Service Management Specialist (ITIL)- Permanent
Hybrid (2 - 3 days per week in office) - Belfast
Salary up to £45,000 + Benefits
We are looking for a Service Management Specialist to join a leading NextGen Tech solutions provider. The organisation serves more than 5.5m customers every day in over 175 countries with a global ecosystem of market-leading partners. The organisation helps leading brands and organisations across public sector, financial services and insurance, retail, and manufacturing to unlock the power of integrated technology for all.
As the Service Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the Implementation, Improvement, and execution of the ITIL Management processes. This includes the deployment of the processes including evaluating performance metrics against the defined critical success factors, the execution of the process controls and ensuring that all parties comply with process and data standards. The organisation is excellent at promoting within, so there are opportunities to develop and progress within your career and work towards becoming a Service Delivery Manager.
We are looking for:
A candidate that is based in Belfast as you will need to travel to the office 2 - 3 times per week
ITIL Intermediate/Practitioner certification - this is a must
