Responsibilities:

* Monitor and maintain the health of network infrastructure.

* Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.

* Implement preventive measures to ensure network security and stability.

* Provide technical support to clients experiencing network-related problems.

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.

* Communicate technical information to non-technical users effectively.

* Configure and optimize network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

* Collaborate with the IT team to implement network upgrades and improvements.

* Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend enhancements to the network infrastructure.

* Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.

* Create and update network diagrams for reference and planning purposes.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Proven experience as a Network Support Engineer or in a similar role.

* Strong knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and security practices.

* Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking hardware.

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

* Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
