Based at the busy Hinckley, Leicestershire offices, (hybrid, 2 days a week) you would join a team of dynamic and like minded individuals, who work in a collaborative and supportive culture.

You will work on broad ranging enterprise scale IT systems and infrastructure for multiple sites across the UK. The includes assisting in the implementation of new technologies, maintaining existing ones and acting as a support escalation when required.

Ideally your skills will include:

Excellent experience of supporting and maintaining Microsoft Cloud technologies such as Azure, O365, Defender Suite, Intune, and SharePoint.

Exposure to Microsoft on premise technologies such as Windows Server, SCCM, SQL, Active Directory and Hyper V.

Knowledge of Network Fundamentals: LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Switching and Wi-Fi.

Knowledge of Cyber Security Best Practice and Technologies.   You will have thorough experience providing IT support in a Windows based environment, having an excellent working knowledge of MS Windows Applications, Email, Hardware and Software. Above all you must a thorough understanding of IT and the ability to pick up new skills.
