1st Line Customer Support Agent - Bristol - 3 Days onsite - £27k + On Call Allowance

Responsibilities
Providing front-line support to customers via various communication channels (phone, MS Teams meetings, Portal, and email).
Gaining in-depth knowledge of the software user interface to offer expert advice and guidance to customer queries.
Creating, updating, and uploading help materials reflecting system changes to our online Customer Support site.
Setting up new user account access and managing licenses for the Support Site.
Arranging and organizing application updates for our hosted customers.
Essential Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, image and video editing.
Ability to quickly learn new skills and adept problem-solving abilities.
Experience with Support Portals and Internet Information Services (hosted web app) is advantageous.
Desirable Skills
Previous experience working with ISO (9001 and 27001).
Familiarity with SQL Database.
Experience in Asset Management/Engineering or working with Local authorities or similar organisations.
A degree in Information Technology or Computer Science would be advantageous.Please get in touch to see the full description
