Our client are a family run business based in beautiful rural Warwickshire who own a number of Residential and Holiday parks in the Midlands and Wales. Due to a company reorganisation, we are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our team, but with weekly travel required to our other Parks across the UK.

Ubiquiti Unifi and UISP wifi

Omada wifi

Network management (eg VLAN's)

Backup solutions

Zoho CRM administration

Proofpoint

Cloud phone system administration

Firewall experience (Sonicwall, PFSense) VPNs Client and site-to-site

Knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, PHP, CCTV and HTML

To be able to do cabling

Website CMS/Wordpress managementDuties:

Duties include repair and maintenance of desktops and servers

Firewall and switch management

Maintenance of the network for all locations

Installation of operating systems and software

Update and Patch management

Training of staff in relevant software

Exchange management

Management of 3rd party IT services

Responsible for IT security and GDPR

Active directory, Group policy, DHCP, DNS, Hyper V

VPN's

Enterprise antivirus and network security

PTP wireless

Maintenance and installation of Customer wifi and networks at parks

Management of backups

Administration of CRM

Administration of Sales database

Management of IT staff - currently 1 member of staff

On call for IT issues - this could include "out of hours"

Management of CCTV camera systemsCore skills/requirements

A number of years' experience in IT

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Excellent attention to detail

Flexible to changes in routine and agenda - with a flexible approach to monitoring outside of normal working hours

Excellent organisational and planning skills

Self-motivated and the ability to work on your own but also as part of a team

Confidence and ability in liaising at all levels of the business including upper management
