Job Title: Insight Analyst

Salary: 35K (DOE)

Position Overview:

As an Insight Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that guide business strategies. We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with an analytical mindset to sit above the sales team and help make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics.

Continuously refine and optimize analytical processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics or mathematics is a plus.

Proven experience as an Insight Analyst or similar role.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL and Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
