3rd Line IT Support - Legal Industry - Leeds
Salary: Up to £40,000
We are seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our client's Legal team in Leeds. This role requires a self-motivated and experienced individual who can work autonomously and proactively. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure, providing technical support to approximately 250 internal users and ensuring that all systems and services are running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network related issues
Installing and configuring hardware and software components
Monitoring and maintaining IT systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure
Supporting the companies Hyper-V server infrastructure
Deployment and configuration of the companies software applications
Firewall maintenance
Performing system backups and disaster recovery operations
Scripting skills
Contributing to the training of other staff members
Maintaining a high level of customer service
Technical Skillset Required:
Experience in a 3rd Line support role
Active Directory/ Azure
DHCP
DNS
Exchange Online
Sharepoint
Networks
Teams/Onedrive
Cisco
Fortigate Firewalls
Powershell
Storage Hardware
