My client is a longstanding retailer specializing in diamonds. The business first opened in Glasgow in the early 1800s and they've grown exponentially since then, with over 30 sites UK-wide. They're looking to welcome an IT Support Technician into their technical team. If successful, you can expect to support your non-technical colleagues, working hands-on to troubleshoot issues and partake in exciting projects.

Day-to-Day:
Working from the Glasgow office as your main base.
Supporting your internal colleagues with technical issues.
Resolving issues mainly face-to-face, but remote support will be required.
Getting involved in exciting projects with the technical team.Tech Stack:
