Our client is seeking a 1st/2nd Line Support Technician to join their IT Technical team. The successful candidate will help to provide technical support to staff and students across 4 High Schools and 11 primary schools, all within Norfolk.This role is based on the outskirts of Dereham.
This role will require 1-2 years IT support experience within a Microsoft Windows environment and a full, clean driving licence is essential. Experience in an educational environment would be an advantage. Good communication, problem solving and customer service skills are essential.
The position is an opportunity to work as part of an experienced IT support Team within the clients Central Services Team providing high quality IT services to over 400 staff and 3000 students across the 15 schools in the Trust. We have a professional development policy in place for staff and provide training to further enhance each employee’s skill set. We also provide a company vehicle for travel between sites or reimburse mileage costs if you use your own vehicle.
