We have a new opportunity available for an experienced Revit Technician to join a successful design agency, based in Earls Colne just outside of Colchester. This is a permanent position and offers a salary of around £30'000 depending on your experience, plus benefits.

Benefits for the Revit Technician include pension, 28 days holiday including bank holidays, plus an additional holiday day every year worked, up to five years employment. The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8.30am until 5.00 pm, 8.30am to 4.30pm on Fridays, with no evenings or weekends involved. As the Revit Technician you will be working for a design agency who provide unique solutions, with end to end design, to the commercial and retail interior sectors. You will be working within a team of Revit Technicians, supporting large and small projects. A friendly and approachable team player is essential as it is a great team working environment. You will utilise Revit BIM software to produce existing drawings and proposed technical designs to a high standard within tight deadlines.

To be considered for the Revit Technician opportunity you will need…

Experience in job running, technical detailing in Revit and AutoCAD.

Advanced software knowledge of Revit and 2D/3D AutoCAD.

Experience in 3D modelling and drafting.

Experience in modelling from PointClouds.

Experience of working on Large BIM Level 2 projects would be desirable.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred but not essential.

UK driving Licence, due to their location and to visit sites once trained.

Experience working within retail planning or construction would be beneficial
