Exciting opportunity to join the support team with my expanding manufacturing client, based in Herefordshire. With Microsoft Dynamics at the heart of their business processes/ IT, the company are looking to expand their team in support of a host of exciting roll out/ system improvement projects heading into 2024 and beyond.

If you have prior experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics/ ERP & CRM systems, and seeking a challenging new role to build on your skills in a like minded, team environment, this could be the role for you!

Role & Responsibilities

Day to day support of my clients Microsoft Dynamics/ IT systems (1st/ 2nd line)

Functional analysis of requirements for new projects/ developments

Install, config, testing of new system advancements

User training and go-live supportSkills & Qualifications

Proven experience in ERP or CRM systems support analysis (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics CRM)

Strong end to end support skill set - able to analyse, troubleshoot support issues to resolution

Functional project skills (analysis, config, testing, training) - preferable, not essential

Understanding of manufacturing/ supply chain processes - preferable, not essential

Excellent communication/ stakeholder & user engagement skillsLocation

My client operates to a hybrid work policy, with a blend of home working and weekly on-site time in modern Herefordshire offices.

Benefits

A competitive base salary up to £45,000 (experience dependant)

Company bonus up to 10%
