This is a brand new position where the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a key customer's IT requirements.

The working hours of the role are Monday - Friday between 2pm and 10pm, so applicants must be comfortable with and able to work these hours. The role will be office-based 3 days per week with the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.

Ideally we are looking for someone with some experience in IT Support or a recent graduate in an IT or related degree, with a desire to kickstart their career in the field.

As a Junior IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' IT needs, your responsibilities will include:

Providing technical support for hardware and software issues.

Assisting with network configuration and maintenance.

Diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues.

Installing hardware and software.

Collaborating with senior IT members to ensure smooth IT operations and support.

Providing excellent customer service, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Skills required:

Good understanding of IT concepts and principles.

Knowledge of Microsoft technologies / Office 365 / laptops

Ideally a degree or relevant qualification in IT

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

An eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
